陳偉殷前3局表現穩健，不過在4局下半分別被（普瑞格）和（湯普森）轟出陽春砲，還好馬林魚在第4、5、6局各攻下1分，3比2領先道奇隊。
7局下半，陳偉殷先解決一人次後，被擊出一壘安打，2出局後，道奇超級新秀（席格）擊出左外野飛球，馬林魚左外野手（葉立克）沒能接住，跑者攻佔一、二壘。馬林魚換下陳偉殷，由二年生菜鳥（貝爾克洛）中繼，（貝爾克洛）順利三振下一棒打者。
